Position Summary: We seek a highly talented and successful candidate for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position. This is a corporate level position, with oversight spanning several company divisions in the United States. We are seeking candidates with Operations Management experience in the Telecommunications sector, with a preference for someone who has experience growing a telecom network.
Position Responsibilities: The CEO’s primary responsibility is to oversee the company’s operations. This includes; P&L responsibilities, implementing the growth strategy for the company, leading over 900 employees, as well as setting the tone for the corporate culture.
CEO Requirements: • Senior Management experience working at the highest level of the organization is required. • 8+ years of experience as a successful executive leader within the telecommunications sector is required. • Must have the ability to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day-to-day operations. • Must have the ability to manage through impact and influence. • Experience managing a budget and balancing the P&L is a must. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are a must.
CEO Preferences: • CEO/COO experience would be beneficial, but not required. • Experience working with and reporting to a Board of Directors is preferred. • Strong undergraduate and/or graduate academic credentials is also preferred.
CEO Compensation & Benefits Package: The CEO position provides a competitive salary and benefit package. The total compensation package will be commensurate with experience, capabilities, and the candidate’s salary history. The CEO Compensation includes the following elements: • Healthy Base Salary: $450K-$550K. (Approx.) • Phenomenal Bonus Structure: $100K-$200K. (Est.) • Stock / LTIP Potential is on the table.
